WHAT IS CALCIUM GLUCONATE?

Calcium gluconate is manufactured by the neutralisation of calcium carbonate. It is on the World Health Organisation's list of Essential Medicines, a list of the most important medication needed in a basic health system. Ideally used as part of a calcium/magnesium blend.

SUITABLE FOR VEGANS

This supplement is suitable for vegans. It is also approved kosher and does not contain any major allergens.

Directions

Normally used as part of a calcium - magnesium formula, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

If taken separately, use 1-3 level teaspoons daily. Dissolve in boiling water.

Just calcium gluconate

As with all the G&G products, this calcium gluconate isn't full of other unwanted fillers, additives and whatnot. It is a pure, fluffy powder which dissolves cleanly in hot liquid with stirring.

As well as using it to make Cal-Mag drink to help with sleep (in combination with magnesium carbonate and cider vinegar), I sometimes add small quantities of this calcium along with magnesium and potassium to fortify rice or oat milk.
