OMEGA 3 FISH OIL SUPPLEMENT

Omega 3 Fish Oil supplement that provides high-quality omega-3 fatty acids within a softgel. Each 3 capsule serving provides 3000mg of fish oil, typically yielding 540mg of EPA and 360mg of DHA. All our fish oils are tested to ensure they are free from heavy metals.

WHAT IS OMEGA 3?

Omega 3 is the name for the family of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids found most abundantly in fish. Fish oil is an excellent source of eicosapentaenoic (EPA) acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Omega 3 has been found to support brain, vision and heart function as well as useful during pregnancy. DHA has a key structural element to the brain, retina and many other body parts. For optimal health, there is an omega 6 to omega 3 ratio that should be adhered to. Omega 6 is generally more abundant in a typical western diet and is considered to be pro-inflammatory when combined with low omega 3 status.

WHAT DOES FISH OIL DO?

Fish oil contains EHA and DHA which both contribute to the normal function of the heart.

This supplement was recommended to me by my colleague in order to handle skin condition on my hands. I have been taking this supplement for approx. 1 month and still continue in order to support healing of my skin. I also added this supplement along my nutrition to have a proper amount of fish oil.

packaging not good

Hello.. I generally am very happy with the products from you.
This time I tried The Omega 3 for the first time and they arrived in a bad state, along with multivits. The posting packet was ripped badly and had been taped up and one of the Omega bottles was cracked and the lid broken. The packaging was merely a plastic container which hadn't protected them. I'm sure the actually products will be up to your usual high standard
