One teaspoon provides 1g of the compound magnesium carbonate, which provides 226mg of elemental magnesium.

Directions

Take 1-3 level teaspoons daily with a meal or as directed by a professional. Dissolves best in diluted vinegar.

Nothing but magnesium carbonate

The great thing about this product is that it is just magnesium carbonate with nothing else in it, so you can use it flexibly. It combines with calcium gluconate and cider vinegar to make Cal-Mag drink which is good before sleep, and I also use it with calcium and potassium to fortify non-dairy milks and stocks.

It's best used in the right proportions with calcium and the little scoops that are supplied are very helpful for getting that right.

As a carbonate it fizzes wonderfully on contact with cider vinegar or vit C which means your drink prep can double as a chemistry demonstration!
