Directions:
Take each product as directed below, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg: Take 3 capsules per day with a meal.
Night Aid: Take 1 capsule after your last main meal of the day.
BioActive B's: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Product Advice:
Do not exceed stated recommended dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet & healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach and sight of young children.

Warnings:
Night Aid: Not advised for pregnant women. Maximum daily dose of L-tryptophan in the UK is no more than 220mg.
BioActive B's: Nicotinic acid (niacin) can cause a slight flushing, which is normal and passes within a few hours. Individuals with hepatic dysfunction or a history of liver disease, diabetes mellitus, active peptic ulcer disease, gout, cardiac arrhythmias, migraine headaches and alcoholism may be particularly susceptible to nicotinic acid effects. Long term intake of 23mg of vitamin B6 might lead to mild tingling and numbness.
