Lecithin granules made from 100% pure non-GM soya lecithin. The granules can be taken off the spoon or added to foods as a thickening method such as with soups and dressings. 

What is Lecithin?

Lecithin is a phospholipid, a plant sterol. It is a natural source of choline and inositol and is rich in Phosphatidyl Serine. Natural levels of Phosphatidyl can decline with age.

What does Lecithin do?

Lecithin is a source of choline and inositol. Choline contributes to normal homocysteine and lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.
