Directions:

Omega 3 Fish Oil 3000mg: Take 3 softgels daily. Store in a fridge.
BioActive B's: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not take on an empty stomach.
Zinc & Copper: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Warnings:
BioActive B's: Nicotinic acid (niacin) can cause a slight flushing, which is normal and passes within a few hours. Individuals with hepatic dysfunction or a history of liver disease, diabetes mellitus, active peptic ulcer disease, gout, cardiac arrhythmias, migraine headaches and alcoholism may be particularly susceptible to nicotinic acid effects. Long term intake of 23mg of vitamin B6 might lead to mild tingling and numbness.
