Directions:
Take each product as directed below, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Turmeric & Curcumin: Take 1 capsule daily with a main meal.
Omega 3 Fish Oil 3000mg: Take 3 softgels daily. Store in a fridge.
Quercetin Complex: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal.
