What is Omega 3?

Omega 3 is the name for the family of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids found most abundantly in fish. These are for my partner who ran out of them and waited 6 weeks for me to order replacements. He moaned everyday about his aching joints until they arrived. He’s never mentioned his aching joints since. So I’d place them pretty high in the recommendation category.

Been taking 1 capsule to start with instead of the recommended 3 capsules after a main meal i have noticed skin changes especially on hands i generally have dry skin , i will increase to 2 then 3 over the coming weeks

This supplement was recommended to me by my colleague in order to handle skin condition on my hands. I have been taking this supplement for approx. 1 month and still continue in order to support healing of my skin. I also added this supplement along my nutrition to have a proper amount of fish oil.

packaging not good

Hello.. I generally am very happy with the products from you.This time I tried The Omega 3 for the first time and they arrived in a bad state, along with multivits. The posting packet was ripped badly and had been taped up and one of the Omega bottles was cracked and the lid broken. The packaging was merely a plastic container which hadn't protected them. I'm sure the actually products will be up to your usual high standardThank youwarm wishes
