L-Glutathione supplement that provides 200mg of high-quality L-glutathione blended with zinc and selenium to provide a trio of potent antioxidants. We've completed the complex with the additions of the amino acids l-carnitine and NAC (N-acetyl L-cysteine).

What is L-Glutathione?

Glutathione is produced naturally by the body as its most critical antioxidant and is predominantly synthesised in the liver. Glutathione is a tripeptide of three amino acids; cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine. Antioxidants are important for the body to prevent oxidative damage. As the master antioxidant, glutathione recycles other antioxidants in the body such as alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C and vitamin E and they reply on glutathione to operate. 

What does L-Glutathione do?

Our Glutathione supplement contains both selenium and zinc which can contribute to a health diet in many ways. Both contribute to the normal protection of cells from oxidative stress and the normal function of the immune system. Zinc also contributes to the maintenance of bones, vision, hair and nails
