GUK - 120 Vegan Capsules

I've noticed some brands marketing vitamin blends 'for stress', 'for over-indulgence', and other lifestyle remedies. It has the appeal of pill-popping as a fast, convenient 'solution', but I'm not entirely convinced you can deal with the causes of a hangover entirely with a tablet.However, I do feel enthusiastic about GUK as a provider of quick relief at times of physical and emotional stress. It's not a panacea but it has really helped take the edge off the adverse physical response to tough-and-tiring emotional situations, over-caffeination, 4am insomnia demons, work stress, jet lag and the like. I carry a small supply when I travel.Tip: for quicker effect, take apart the capsule and put the contents under your tongue. It is revoltingly sour and slightly bitter with a vaguely plant-like overtone but (a) it gets it into the system impressively quickly and (b) it minimises the dose you need to take to have the desired effect. For me, one capsule under the tongue helps more effectively than swallowing three (YMMV). The taste gets slightly less revolting over time!This is a super-clean blend containing only B1, Vit C, silica, Vit E, alfalfa and calcium.
